Hi Reader,
Inspired by the warrior energy of Aries, I want to gift you one of my favorite video journals that I have created called The Fearless Journal. As you may know, Aries represents the warrior archetype. They are brave, bold and fiery, but most importantly they take action. The printable version of the journal can be downloaded here.
In this video journal I walk you through a step by step process for moving through your fears and taking action in the direction of your dreams. The video journal is only 13 minutes long and I recommend listening at 1.5X speed and pause the video as you go through the prompts. Even if you've done this journal before, I guarantee this will be useful again. We are always conquering new fears. I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to your hearing what came up for you.
