π New Moon Manifesting: Capricorn - the perfect time to set a career or business intention

Introducing my new column, New Moon Manifesting π
Starting today I will be sending monthly new moon emails to help you with your intentions during the new moons. These will be a little shorter than previous workshops that were more in depth but sufficient to help you align your goals with the current moon cycle.
We are kicking things off with the super business minded Capricorn. My son, my father and brother are all capricorns so I know this energy really really well. Capricorns represent the paternal figure, structures, male energy, authority figure, career and business.
Today the new moon in Capricorn will be exact at 13:33 (1:33pm) ET. It is an ideal day to reflect on your career and business goals and set clear intentions for these two areas of your life. Capricorn invites you to take charge of your business and career with ambition and confidence. To think of the long game and plan your victory and success with persistence and determination. Venus the planet of love, beauty and abundance, leisure and luxury, is also in the sign of Capricorn. Venus also influences our desires and how we attract, making this new moon even more magnetic for our money goals.
Here are some reflection and journaling questions to help you get started with your intention.

Ask yourself:
π How do I currently feel about my work or business? -----> How do I want to feel instead in this area of my life?
π What would make my current work or business situation better? (For example - a change in schedule, pay, commute, benefits, revenue, processes, systems - be specific about your desire)
π What new skills or projects do I want to take on this year to bring more fulfillment or enjoyment to your career or business?
π Explore and get clear on all things related to money, finances, savings and investing, long-term plans, as it is supported by this energy.
Your Intention:
Throughout the day or in one journaling session, bring yourself to imagine a desirable but seemingly unattainable business or career goal and write it down. The more clear you are about what you want for your career or business the more satisfied youβll be with its manifestation.
Spend sometime throughout the day visualizing this new ideal career, pay raise, vacation time, revenue and revenue streams - visualize your goal. See and feel yourself in that reality.
Then finally release this intention. Let it free from your mind.
Follow up by writing a list of tiny little steps that you can take in the direction of that goal. For example, if your goal is to get a pay 30x pay raise, you can take tiny little step by setting up calls with recruiters, researching salary data, join career related support groups and speak to colleagues or friends in your field. A much bigger but also within reach step is to hire a career coach to help you with your strategy and mindset.
