I'm Leslie Martinez, and I'm passionate about helping Assistants find a role in which they feel seen, valued, and appreciated, while also being in an environment that suits them, doing work they love. This includes having the right level of responsibilities, working for the right people , in the right work place and the right level of compensation.

I teach assistants how to attract their ideal role, get noticed, stand out, get moved to the top of the pile, and do things other candidates are not doing, all while becoming even more authentic and confident in their unique skills.
